Possible Laker Trade/ How Bout Ron Artest For Jamal Crawford?
By gordon on Feb 1, 2011 in Basketball, Featured
I just saw various reports online and in the media in general about the Lakers GM maybe wanting to shake things up with the two-time champs defending champs Los Angeles Lakers.
So I thought about possible trades for the Lakers to make in order to help them maybe win their third title in a row. How bout Ron Artest for Seattle’s own and my friend Jamal Crawford? Artest is not playing like he played last year. This is a fact.
He has a ring now so is he relaxed in his play on the court? I know this what I read Kobe is not happy. I don’t think Coach Jackson is not happy too with the play of Ron. Might of fact rumors are Ron and Jackson had a run in at a Laker practice a few weeks ago.
Crawford is 31. Artest is 31. Both have played in the league for around 10 years. Jamal can help take some of the scoring load off of Bryant. And also with Matt Barnes returning soon, he can replace Artest.
I think it would be a good trade for both Atlanta and the Lakers because Atlanta is going nowhere. They did not make a big addition in the off-season. So why not trade for Artest? I think a Artest-Crawford trade would be a good trade for the Lakers and Atlanta is a Laker trade is made. Gordon Curvey
