Seahawks Vs. Vikings To Be Played In Bitter Cold Weather

“One Man’s Opinion” by Gordon Curvey

Well it is playoff time ladies and gentlemen. A new season for the players. I love the NFL playoffs and I love it that our Seattle Seahawks are again back in the playoffs and fighting to be in the Super Bowl three years in a row.

The Seahawks will be playing the Vikings in Minnesota and it will be VERY VERY cold. Maybe 0 degrees and winds up to 10-15. It will be COLD!! Well both teams have to play in these cold conditions. Some may think the Vikings may have the edge but I say no. The Vikings are not used to playing in 0 degree weather on the field. So in reality it will even out in my opinion.

The Vikings of course were blew out by the Seahawks a few weeks ago. And they held Peterson down too. Teddy Bridgewater is a very young and talented QB but I just do not think he can handle the pressure. I do not think it will be a blowout in this game though.

Seattle has been here and done that. Two Super Bowls in a row under the direction of Head Coach Pete Carroll and of course QB Russell Wilson and now RB Marshawn Lynch will be back and you know that is going to help big time the Seahawks. No what people say and how great Wilson and Doug Baldwin has played the last 5 or 6 games, Lynch brings things to the table that charges up the entire team.

Everyone is saying teams do not want to play our Seahawks in the playoffs. The team let everyone know by blasting Arizona 36-6 last week they are ready for this Wild Card game this Sunday at 1oam Seattle time. I think the Seahawks want to make up for the bone headed last play in the Super Bowl. They want to get back and win it all again.

IF they beat the Vikings, the next game will be very very tough. Because they have to play Carolina in Carolina and most likely the NFL MVP Cam Newton. This will be a rough game for the Seahawks to win. But they can beat anyone right now. So let’s beat the Vikings this Sunday in the cold weather of Minnesota and then move on to Carolina. But first of course…beat the Vikings.
