Our Seattle Seahawks are showing the sports world that we mean business. They showed everyone on “Monday Night Football” that their goal is one thing and one thing only and that is making it to the big game in New York called the SUPER BOWL.
The Seahawks beat the New Orleans Saints and Drew Brees 34-7 here in Seattle at cold and rainy Century Link Field. Hawk QB Russell Wilson threw for 310 yards and 3 touchdowns in front of the large and happy crowd at Century Link. Brees had one of his worse games in a long time and you can blame the Seattle D for that. It was a amazing game by the Seahawks.
I listened to a national sports show last night and he asked his listeners if the Seattle team and crowds are “cocky” I said ‘WHAT” That was a crazy question or comment! NO the Seahawks are not “cocky” and the fans are not “cocky” I call it being confident. The team and fans know they have a very good team that could do great things under head coach Pete Carroll.
Now the Hawks have to get ready for another big game in S.F. against the 49ers and former guest on “M.I.C-TV” Colin Kaepernick. That is going to be a great game and I can’t wait to watch the game. One thing for sure their will be a lot of Seahawk fans at Candlestick Park because when ever the Hawks play out of town, Hawk fans follow. Its crazy!
So we will continue to report on our Seattle Seahawks for our possible road to the Super Bowl! Gordon Curvey
