I have saw online that Terrence Williams was sent down to the D-League by the New Jersey Nets because of his behavior and I am not surprised readers.
Williams who is from the Seattle area has a different kind of personality in my short dealings with him this past summer here in Seattle at fellow Seattle native Jamal Crawford’s Summer League games.
He seemed to me to be kind of arrogant or kind of full of himself. Like I am Terrence Williams and I am in the NBA kind of thing.
I went up to Terrence to get a few things for my TV and radio show (Music Inner City TV and Radio) and he looked at me like I was a little nobody. The next day at Crawford’s Summer League games I asked him again and he finally did a little something for my programs but he seemed like he did not want to.
I am saying this here on S.I.C. to say this. Guys like Williams need to realize where they are at. HE IS IN THE NBA WHERE MILLIONS OF BASKETBALL PLAYERS DREAM TO BE!! He is making millions of dollars to play basketball and provide for his family.
It seems Terrence Williams needs someone older than him like former NBA player John Lucus or Bob Lanier or maybe Shaq or hell even me. And sit him down and try to make him see that he is slowly blowing a promising NBA career. He cannot blame anyone but himself.
If Williams needs some real help, then I hope he asks for it and soon or he will find himself out of the NBA for sure and wondering if someone in the NBA will give him a chance. Or he will find himself playing overseas. I hope the trip down to the D-League will wake Williams up because he is a talented player but with a different kind of personality it seems.
